Common questions

When do I get paid?
Payouts are sent in the first week of each month for the previous month's activity. For example, referrals who pay in May will result in your payout in early June.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
Yes — $25 minimum. If your balance is under $25 for the month, it rolls over to the next month until you hit the threshold.
How long does my affiliate cookie last?
30 days from the click. If someone clicks your link and signs up within 30 days, the referral is attributed to you.
What happens if my referral cancels?
Your commission stops when they cancel. You earn on active paying customers only — no active customer, no commission that month.
Is this different from the customer referral program?
Yes, completely separate. The customer referral program is for existing Northwest.net customers who refer friends — they earn a free month of service. The affiliate program is for partners and promoters who refer clients to us — you earn cash (30% recurring). Different program, different payout, different audience.
How are payouts sent?
PayPal. You provide your PayPal email when you apply. We send the payment directly — no invoicing required on your end.
Can I promote multiple products?
Yes. Your affiliate link applies to all Northwest.net products — hosting, chatbot, and any future products. 30% across the board.
